Complex: Walsh Bay

The Walsh Bay Redevelopment (completed in 2004) is one of Mirvac’s most celebrated urban renewal projects, undertaken as a joint venture with Transfield Holdings. This $650–700 million project transformed a series of deteriorating early-20th-century wharves and industrial sheds into a premium residential, commercial, and cultural precinct.
