McCafferys Hill was opened in February 2003. The precinct comprises The Tower, Johns Court, Cliff Top, The Stables, Chalet and the Mews. McCafferys Hill was named after the company that carried sugar products for the old CSR refinery which originally occupied the entire Jackson’s Landing site
