A 2 billion mixed-use urban renewal precinct located on Broadway in Chippendale, Sydney. Occupying 5.8 hectares on the site of the former Carlton and United Brewery with over 1000 apartments it features award-winning sustainable architecture, including the landmark One Central Park towers known for their massive vertical gardens. The precinct includes a multi-level shopping mall, a 6,500-square-metre public park, residential apartments, and various entertainment and dining destinations, as well as pools, Gymnasiums, and an underground Loading Dock and distribution passageways.
